Because our products are digital and involve custom work, we do not ship physical items.

Evolvex Solutions does not ship or deliver any physical goods.

All products and services sold on our website are:

You will not receive any physical shipment, tracking number, or mailed package.


2. Digital Delivery Process

After purchasing a service, the delivery process typically follows these steps:

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase.

2.2 Onboarding + Requirements

To begin your project, you will be required to:

  • Complete an onboarding form
  • Submit project details
  • Provide platform access (CRM, social, website, etc.)
  • Upload brand assets or documentation (if needed)

The delivery timeline begins after onboarding is submitted.

2.3 Project Delivery

Your final deliverables may be provided through:

  • Email
  • Shared drive link
  • Client portal
  • Document link
  • Integration inside your systems (CRM, website, Meta, etc.)
  • Live walk-through session (optional)

Delivery depends on the service purchased and its scope.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the service purchased.

Examples:

  • Basic Chatbot Services: 3–7 business days
  • Advanced Chatbot / Integrations: 7–14 business days
  • CRM Automation & Workflows: 10–21 business days
  • Custom Automation Systems: 14–45 business days

These are estimates only.

  • Third-party platform requirements
  • Revisions requested
  • Technical limitations

4. Client Responsibilities Affecting Delivery

Delivery may be delayed if the client:

  • Does not complete onboarding
  • Does not provide necessary credentials or access
  • Is unresponsive to communication
  • Requests additional changes or out-of-scope work
  • Experiences issues with third-party platforms

Evolvex is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or lack of access.


5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If we attempt to deliver your digital product (e.g., via email or link) and:

  • The email bounces
  • Your inbox is full
  • Your spam filter blocks the delivery
  • You fail to access the provided link

…it is the client’s responsibility to contact us for alternative delivery.


6. No Shipping Fees

Because no physical goods are sent:

  • No shipping costs
  • No handling fees
  • No import duties or customs charges
  • No courier costs

All pricing is for digital service work only.


7. Delivery Confirmation

A delivery is considered completed when:

  • The digital deliverable is emailed
  • The integration is completed on your system
  • The link/file is sent
  • The automation is live
  • The final project walkthrough is completed (if applicable)

Revisions (if included) do not change delivery status.
