REFUND POLICY
Because all products sold by Evolvex involve custom labor and digital work, our refund policy is structured as follows:
1. Refunds Before Project Begins
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if:
- No onboarding form was submitted
- No access was provided
- No work has been started
2. No Refunds After Work Begins
Once work begins—defined as any of the following:
- Onboarding form submitted
- Initial strategy created
- Access to platforms provided
- Work sessions started
- Flows/maps/automation setup started
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This protects Evolvex from loss of time, labor, and digital assets.
3. Client Delays
Client delays, lack of access, or unresponsiveness do NOT qualify for refunds.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
While refunds are not offered after work begins, Evolvex may offer:
- Revisions (as stated in product scope)
- Optimizations
- Adjustments
…but we do not provide refunds based on:
- Change of mind
- Change of direction
- Business performance
- Misunderstanding of service scope
5. Chargebacks
Filing a fraudulent chargeback will result in:
- Immediate termination of service
- Revocation of rights to delivered assets
- Legal action and platform reporting
